Join us this International Women's Day to celebrate Mongolian women who are trailblazing in their respective industries and paving the way for the next generation of Mongolian women and girls.

Director of External Affairs at Green Climate Fund

Dr. Oyun served as the first President of the United Nations Environment Assembly and the Chair of the Global Water Partnership. She also served both as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Environment and Green Development in Mongolia. A geochemist by training, with a Ph.D in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge, Dr. Oyun’s active public life extends beyond environmental protection to include advancing civil and social rights. Oyun is a member of advisory boards of a number of global initiatives including the Green Growth Knowledge Platform, Future Earth, and International Environment Technology Centre of UNEP. She is also the founding member and the Chair of the Special Olympics Mongolia and heads the Zorig Foundation, a Mongolian NGO that advances democracy and supports youth and education.

Managing Director at Morgan Stanley

Tserennadmid is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, a premier global bank headquartered in the United States. Tserennadmid joined the Firm in 2002 and is currently the CFO for the global Institutional Equity Division. Tserennadmid earned her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting from Baruch College in 2001 and earned an MBA from New York University in 2006. She lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband and two young sons.

Director of Product Management at Salesforce

Suvda Myagmar, PhD is a Director of Product Management at Salesforce, the #1 provider of enterprise cloud technology. During her eventful career in Silicon Valley, she served as product and engineering lead at large and small tech companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, Yahoo, and a number of startups. As an entrepreneur, she founded her own startup Piqora and successfully raised funds and launched products. An engineer by training, Suvda earned a doctorate in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also an angel investor and a mentor to young entrepreneurs and IT professionals.

Founder of KITE Mongolia

Bolormaa has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance and held senior management positions at Golomt Bank (and its holding entity Golomt Financial Group), Mandal Insurance, and the Development Bank of Mongolia. Her banking experience also includes nine years in Risk Management at Deutsche Bank (Tokyo / NY) and as department head at Ardyn Bank. She served on the boards of Mandal Insurance LLC, Mongolian Stock Exchange, and Development Bank of Mongolia and currently serves as a board member of Golomt Bank. She is the founder of a non-bank financial institution that provides funding to MSME in Mongolia (DEM NBFI) as well as a financial advisory firm (B.F.A.S LLC). Bolormaa is also the founder of Kite Mongolia, the first accelerator program for social impact start-up companies. She is a founder of the Women Entrepreneur Mentors Club and the President of Women Entrepreneurs Council at Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
