Our moderator, Tsengel Chimeddorj, is a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur. With his first-hand experience in project & corporate finance, M&A and private equity transactions, Tsengel advises companies in corporate structuring, investment readiness and negotiation of investment documents (subscription agreement, shareholders agreement etc.). He recently advised AND Global in its successful Series A closing with Marubeni and Techstars.

Khat Zorig is an investor at Innospark Ventures – a Boston-based venture capital firm investing in early-stage purpose-driven AI companies in the New England area. She has an MBA from MIT Sloan where she focused on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and social impact.

Co-Founder and CEO at Matter | Santa Monica, CA

Matter is a new dating app that builds connections around what really matters to people. In 2020, Matter raised ~$400k in angel and VC funding. Before Matter, Monji was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey (management consulting firm) and also a Director at Liberty Partners (financial advisory firm). Monji studied finance for his bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California, and economic and political development for his master's degree at Columbia University.

Specializing in Software-as-a-Service solutions, Ganzorig is very much attuned to the modern trends in the industry, as businesses and organizations around the world continue to adapt the products that they offer to a changing marketplace. Currently, Ganzorig is the Chief Executive Officer at Egulen Systems.
