Human Resource Manager at Tomujin Alternative School

Javkhlan holds an MBA degree specialized in Human Resources Management from INTI International University in Malaysia. She has extensive experience working as an HR Business Partner at the World Vision International Mongolia, and as a Training and Development manager at a banking sector. Javkhlan is passionate about equal rights in education, and this had led her to join the Mongolia’s first Alternative School “Tomujin Alternative School” as a Human Resources manager. In her role, she leads the recruitment management, develops and creates new HR policies that empower their employees. Tomujin has empowered over 700 students since 2015 and helped them get accepted to their DREAM colleges around the world with full financial-aid. Javkhlan has been an active member of Rotaract club since 2006 by devoting her free time to volunteer work. In 2017, she was selected as one of the fellows of “LEAD MONGOLIA”, an US exchange program that helps to shape the young leaders in Mongolia.

Psychologist; Research and Training Development Manager at NPC&Mandal LLC; Founder of Fullbox and Co-founder Family College

Delgermend has co-founded NPC&Mandal LLC, a psychological management consultant company in 2013. She has extensive experience in many fields such as consulting, counseling, and psychological research. She focuses her research and counseling on behavior analysis of adults. In her previous role at Golomt Bank, Delgermend led and re-designed the employee hiring process and developed a persona-based human resource services to over 2000 employees. She provides consulting services for Human Resource departments of small and medium businesses in Mongolia. Her area of expertise includes: employee engagement, productivity enhancement, research based HR policies, and talent development. In 2019, she founded FullBox, a toolbox with the aim of simplifying psychology for individuals. In 2020, she founded Family College (www.familycollege.mn ), an online interactive self-help website that provides psychology video workshops for couples and parents. Delgermend holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Psychology and Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.

Recruiter at Amazon | Tokyo, Japan

Tseegii works as a corporate recruiter at Amazon based in Tokyo, Japan. Amazon is an American multinational technology company focusing on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, artificial intelligence and many other innovative businesses. She has been in charge of hiring and developing talents for 15 departments at her Japan office, which has about 7000 corporate employees. Previously, she worked as Section Manager at Hays Specialist Recruitment Agency, growing their health care and pharmaceutical area. Aside from her professional duties, she dedicates her time to environmental and sustainability activities, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and coaching and leadership programs. Tseegii holds a Masters Degree in Development Economics and Bachelor`s Degree in International Strategic Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan.

Human Resource Manager at LendMN

Bolor-Erdene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Humanities in Ulaanbaatar and from Shines College in Singapore. He has over seven years of experience working in the Human Resources department. Currently, Bolor-Erdene works at LendMN as a Human Resource Manager. "LendMN NBFI" JSC is a non-collateralized low-cost, consumer micro-loan service provider through LendMN application that successfully introduced a FinTech business model in Mongolia. In his role, he focuses on talent management, people operations, and training and development that fosters their employees.
