to empower, encourage, and engage the next generation of Mongolians to reach their fullest personal and professional potentials.

Our mission is to empower, encourage, and engage the next generation of Mongolians to reach their fullest personal and professional potentials.

We strive to achieve our mission by: providing professional development trainings and networking opportunities, providing a safe and encouraging platform to freely express their opinions and innovative ideas, and promoting and fostering leadership skills.

We are pleased to announce that the 2019 MNG Summit will be held in the City of New York from March 23-25th. The Summit this year will feature a project grant competition known as NHUB Grant, the successor of the NHUB public speaking competition.

The MNG Summit 2019 has gone through a number of positive transformations including but not limited to changes in the event organizing model, methods as well as board membership. Our teams of dedicated young professionals have collaborated across continents – all the way from Mongolia to the United States – to deliver a results-driven and effective event. We are proud to have successfully organized 5 annual career fairs and 8 NHUB speech competitions in the major US cities. The main goal of the MNG Summit consists of bridging the gap between top recruiters, job seekers, and young professionals as well as college students.

By joining us at the Summit you will be introduced to our exclusive rankings tailored for both the American and Mongolian top companies. The purpose of these rankings is to provide accurate lists of companies ranked based on the Mongolian job seekers’ needs as well as the experiences of established professionals. This year we are shifting our focus to quality over quantity by not inviting a large number of recruiters. Instead, we are providing the most up-to-date employment information about the top recruiters of the Mongolian workforce both back at home and in the US.

One of the highlights this year will be the NHUB Grant competition which will feature three project proposal presentations. The projects must be focused on bringing about positive change by tackling some of the most pressing issues facing Mongolia. The top presentations will be selected in advance by the review committee which will then select the winner and award $1,000 seed grant during the Summit in New York.

As a tradition, we will be hosting a city/company tour for a select few attendees as well as the networking event and career development workshops for everyone. We are excited to have the opportunity to host another rewarding event filled with positive experiences! Looking forward to seeing you at the 2019 MNG Summit in NYC!
